Secession (art)

*refers to a number of modernist artist groups that separated from the support of official academic art and its administrations in the late 19th and early 20th century.

Stabrowski Peacock

The first secession from the official politics occurred in France, when, in 1890, the "Salon au Champs-de-Mars" was established, headed by Meissonnier and Puvis de Chavannes. In the years following artists in various European countries took up this impulse, primarily in Germany, Austria–Hungary, and Belgium, which 'seceded' from traditional art movements and embraced progressive styles. The first secession outside France formed in Munich in 1892, soon followed by the Berlin Secession in the same year.

KITSCH AND POP ART

Kitsch  is a style of mass-produced art or design using cultural icons. The term is generally reserved for unsubstantial or gaudy works, or works that are calculated to have popular appeal.[1]

The concept of kitsch is applied to artwork that was a response to the 19th century art with aesthetics that convey exaggerated sentimentality and melodrama, hence, kitsch art is closely associated with sentimental art.

My skitsch

I haven´t lot of kitschs at home.. I have some toys (I love it) and we have magnets..I drew the book from which jumps fairy tale characters. Does it pose a fantasy and it is one of how old you are.

Jazz is a music that originated at the beginning of the 20th century within the African-American communities of the Southern United States. Its roots lie in the African-American adoption of European harmony and form to existing African musical elements. African musical influences are evident in the use of blue notesimprovisationpolyrhythmssyncopation and the swung note.[1] From its early development until the present day, jazz has also incorporated elements from popular music, especially, in its early days, from American popular music.[2]
As the music has developed and spread around the world it has drawn on many different national, regional, and local musical cultures giving rise, since its early 20th century American beginnings, to many distinctive styles: New Orleans jazz dating from the early 1910s; big band swingKansas City jazz, and Gypsy jazz from the 1930s and 1940s; bebop from the mid-1940s; and on down through West Coast jazzcool jazzavant-garde jazz,Afro-Cuban jazzmodal jazzfree jazzLatin jazz in various forms, soul jazzjazz fusion, and jazz rocksmooth jazzjazz-funkpunk jazzacid jazz, ethno jazzjazz rap, cyber jazz, Indo jazzM-Basenu jazz, and other ways of playing the music.

EXHIBITION IN A GALLERY
A CONVERSATION LEADING ELSEWHERE (name´s the ehibitions)

Present new work, ink drawing by the artist Maria Corejová as well as a selection of works from the successful project Mind games and EO Instanto, in this moment.

When we visited the ehibition we he had a tour of the works and we discussed some of the main ideas in the exhibition such as conversations that lead elsewhere. As our world leading elsewhere, to ruin .. how can we destroy what we have around us. People of all developed but slowly it destroyed.

We the could choose a copy of Maria´s work and develop it ourselves. I was with Anička and we wanted to say to our image of the world is divided into two parts-good and evil .. And it is up to us what we choose. Whether Vidame the difficult path where eventually get to,, world "that deserves .. or we stay where we are and we do not live at all. Always you look for the easiest way that allows us ulahsia this way. Tower, which is divided and Often pulls off is that our soul .. ista cast still desire to be better and pulls them off ... he wants to improve.

I think this exhibition was interesting because I learned many interesting things. As people take things from other viewpoints.
